Kevät on koittanut ja Pollarissa katseet on suunnattu eteenpäin. Yhtiökokous päätti uusia KoneFlow ovipuhelimen Koneen luovuttua palvelun tarjoamisesta, ja uuden toimijan tarjottua kohtuuttomiksi katsotut käyttöehdot. Tänään meillä toimiikin jo uusi Comelit-ovipuhelin.
Toukokuun tiedotteessa löydät lisää tästä ja muista aiheista. Tiedotteessa muistutetaan myös siitä, että rakenteisiin ja järjestelmiin (sähkömuutokset, vesikalusteet ym.) kohdistuvat muutostyöt on hyväksytettävä erikseen. Muutostyölupaa voi hakea Premiksen kautta.
Kesän taas koittaessa on toisenkin muistutuksen aika: Pollari on tarkoitettu asumiseen, ei majoitustoimintaan. Säännöt ja ohjeet- osioon on lisätty Helsingin kaupungin uusin majoitustoimintaohje, joka selventää, milloin toimintaa voi pitää majoitustoimintana. –
Spring has arrived and Pollari has its sights set on the future. The Annual General Meeting decided to terminate the KoneFlow door phone service after Kone transferred it to another service provider, and the new operator offered terms of use that were deemed unreasonable. Our new Comelit door phone is already in operation.
More on this and other topics can be found in the May news release. In the release we are also reminded that modifications to structures and systems (electrical modifications, plumbing fixtures, etc.) must be approved separately. A modification work permit can be applied for through Premis.
As summer is soon upon us, it is time for another reminder too: Pollari is meant for housing, not short term accommodation. The City of Helsinki’s latest accommodation guidelines, which clarify what is considered short term accommodation, can be found in the Säännöt ja ohjeet- section.
